There is a demonstrated need for accommodation in Auckland that is specifically designed for residents with physical disabilities.
To address this need, Airedale Property Trust, in partnership with the local Birkenhead Methodist Parish, the Board of Administration of the Methodist Church of New Zealand and Ministry of Social Development, has developed 7 units in Beach Haven, in Auckland’s North Shore.
After almost 2 years of planning and council consenting process, construction is now complete.
