For APT Applicants
APT manage a range of properties, covering private residential, social housing and aged care facilities as part of our own in-house portfolio.
We also assist other organisations and Methodist churches around the country to successfully manage their properties.
APT is an accredited social housing provider.
This means that we can enter into a contract with Ministry of Social Development for the provision of IRRS tenancies. Any such arrangement is at the discretion of MSD, and tenancies will need to be offered in respect of properties that conform to demand for social housing by area and bedroom type. People or households wishing to apply for social housing need to be on MSD’s social housing register. More information on how to apply can be found here. Eligibility criteria at the main properties that we manage are listed below:
West Coast Road (Emergency Housing)
Four two bedroom units in West Auckland that are owned by Airedale Property Trust and are used for emergency housing, particularly for the youths/individuals or households with an emergency housing need.
Eight bedrooms are available and accommodation can be provided for a maximum of 12 weeks.
Please contact Airedale Property via our contact us page to find out more.
APT manage standard residential properties in central and wider Auckland.
