APT provides a comprehensive property and facilities management service, including all leasing and budgeting services to the local Parish Property Board in Papakura, Auckland.

The site is anchored by its figurehead Premier Building, which is central to Papakura community. The Parish is extremely proud to be celebrating the 100-year birthday of Premier Building in 2023.
