APT seeks to grow its investment portfolio to provide a secure and sustainable cashflow to support its partner trusts, Lifewise and MMN to deliver on their social programmes.  In addition, APT is a registered Community Housing Provider, meeting central government requirements as a developer and manager of social housing, aged care, and specialised housing for at-risk groups, including people with disabilities. APT provides property management services to the social housing sector and includes social housing in its investment portfolio.
