Airedale has been the kaitiaki (guardian) of the property assets of the Methodist Mission Northern (MMN), part of the Methodist Church of New Zealand since 2009. We bring a focus on creating positive social outcomes, a long-term view, and dedication to creating quality environments across our $400m of property under management and development pipeline of $350m. We are committed to delivering ‘Property with Purpose’ to support the social development programmes of the Methodist Church for many generations to come.

Registered as a charitable trust, APT generates profits through its commercial ventures to support the on-going work of Lifewise and MMN. It does this through the following channels:
