APT, in partnership with the Methodist Church, Te Taha Māori Property Trust (and the Ministry of Social Development will provide two five-bedroom accessible houses, and three two-bedroom houses for five families.

This development targets social housing tenants living in crowded, unstable or unsuitable accommodation and further allows Te Taha Māori Property Trust to expand its social housing provision, particularly for the elderly or those with physical disabilities.
