Airdale Property Trust (APT) worked with Wesley Community Action Group (WCA) on the redevelopment of the Wesley Rātā Village, in Naenae, Wellington.

The project is the first major step in turning a former rest home and hospital into affordable intergenerational homes for applicants on the Government’s Housing Register who are eligible for social housing and are waiting to be matched to a house.

The project is part of WCA’s wider vision to use the 60-hectare site to strengthen community by providing quality rental homes for mostly older residents and creating places for the local community to gather and share across the generations.

APT is the specialist project manager for the site and will provide full property management support and services until the property is ready to be handed back to WCA.
