RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY
Airedale Property Trust helps address local and central government requirements for housing, residential aged care and specialised housing for other at-risk groups, including people living with disabilities. APT provides social housing in partnership with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (MHUD) and local Methodist parishes as an Accredited Housing Provider under Community Housing Regulatory Authority (CHRA).
APT provides property management services for the Lifewise Housing First and Youth Housing programmes. We manage approximately 500 residential properties as social housing, assisted rental or affordable rental, or private rental homes, including one building with 29 units leased to pensioners at affordable weekly rates.
COMMERCIAL PROPERTY
APT provides property management services to commercial property throughout Auckland through its links to the Methodist Trust Association (MTA) and other clients.
By way of exceptional service and strong, ongoing relationships with both clients and tenants, APT safeguards MTA’s property investments, ensuring that maintenance and refurbishment requirements and lessee issues are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
